RevolutionPlus Property, a real estate company, has reiterated its commitment toward bridging the housing deficit in the country.

Its Group Executive Director, Mrs Tolulope Onalaja, made the pledge at the commemoration of the company’s nine years anniversary held in Lagos.

The News Agency of (NAN), reports that the company launched its operations in 2013 with the vision of providing affordable housing for Nigerians.

According to Onalaja, the company is bringing the real estate dream, desires and expectations of many into reality.

Onalaja revealed that plans were underway to build low cost houses of two bedroom and three bedroom bungalows.

“We plan to sell affordable lands with good payment plans to assist in bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria.

“Affordable housing still remains our mantra and we will keep striving to outdo our past and keep maneuvering the enormous challenges associated with delivering affordable housing in Nigeria.

“We pride ourselves as one of the foremost real estate company that has made land and home ownership accessible to the ordinary Nigerians as a private organisation,” she said.

Onalaja stated that the company’s core values remained integrity, trust and timely delivery.

“Our dedicated team of staff members operate by these core values and we all live by it. Integrity is our watchword,” she said.

Speaking on the impacts made so far in the real estate sector, Onalaja said that the company had over 44 estates across Nigeria and eight mega housing projects.

She said all the estates were situated in various locations in Nigeria including, Lekki, Ajah, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimawa, Mowe, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Port Harcourt and the Federal Capital Territory.

She added that so far, the company had allocated 11,102 plots.

“So, evidently, RevolutionPlus Property has made over 11,000 Nigerians landlords and still counting.

“Since inception, RevolutionPlus Property is known for innovation and part of which includes instant allocation.

“This has been applauded in the real estate sector and many others have followed suit, promoting instant allocation, a brain child of RevolutionPlus Property.

“In spite of facing many challenges over the years, RevolutionPlus Property has remained resolute and committed to providing Nigerians affordable housing,” she said.

On the company’s Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR), Onalaja said the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF) was created in 2019 with the aim of touching humanity.

According to her, areas focused on are child and mternal health, education and scholarship, economic and community development, widows empowerment and water sanitation and hygiene.

“Through the CBOF, we have been uplifting widows, children, youths and vulnerable members of our society.

“CBOF has done various medical outreach in towns and villages in South West, Nigeria.

“The communities include Ibeju-Lekki, Ido Local Government, Ibadan; Agbede-Odubose , Ikorodu, Obada and Molaka Community in Abeokuta Ogun State and many more.

“Both young and old, men and women have benefitted from these free medical outreaches, also child and maternal health, we are constructing an ultra-modern child and maternal care center in Amuwo-Odofin area of Lagos,” Onalaja said. NAN
